The new type(SMA343)tensionless dryer is the outcome of many year' experience, and combining with the advance technology of Germany. It not noly achieve the function like drying, shrinking, immediate drying,effect drying on both tubular and open-width fabric, the machine delivers first-class finishing results,such as:maximum dimensional stability; optimum residual shrinkage figures; soft, silky handle and voluminous final quality.

• Application: It can conduct preshrinking&drying collation of various circular knitted fabrics and flat breadth fabrics with the help of conveying guipure and high-efficiency centrifugal blower.
• Features: 1. Single layer&super-wide conveying guipure can convey single-breath clothor muilt-breath cloth simultaneously with high efficiency.

                          2. Cloth feed holder is equipped with: muilt-layer circular knitted fabric tentering width holder,muilt-head scroll roller.

                          3.Electrical control: PLC control and frequency conversion speed regulation are adopted.

                          4. Automatic control can be achieved for each drying room(circulating air blower frequency conversion contaol can be selected and equipped according to customer's requirements).

                          5. Guipure automatic can be tensioned automatically, can rectify deviation automatically, can give problem alarming. It operates stablyand reliably.

                          6. Heat radiator: with high heat efficiency and strong vaporization power.

                          7. Hot air pipe: specifically designed upper and lower level baised nozzle can push fabric forward in waves pattern.

                          8. After pre-shrinking collation, fabrics can obtain favorable residual water shrinkage, thus syabilizes its dimensions, and obtain a perfect hand-touch feeling as well.
